The Customer Contract Management (CCM) Contract Analyst is responsible for contract adjudication, analysis, and customer interaction in support of our company's managed care agreements. This position will support the Vaccines book of business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical, business, and financial acumen, and will maintain the highest level of compliance with contract terms and conditions, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.

The ideal candidate will support internal stakeholders and provide strong partnership with our company's external customers in the administration, performance reporting, and analysis of Vaccines contracts and programs. The specific responsibilities will change as the Vaccines business evolves.

Responsibilities Include:

Use of our company's systems to support contract administration and rebate payment processing for a range of vaccine customers.

Advisement and consultation with key internal stakeholders regarding strategy, contracting system processes, and contract terms and conditions

Validation of data and assessment of customer compliance with contract terms

Development and deployment of models and processes to evaluate, analyze, and support contract design and pull-through activities

Presentation of results to internal customers, including vaccine Customer Managers, and coordination with external customers on the overall performance of the contract

Advanced analytical and reporting support for the vaccine customer segment that leverages in-depth knowledge of customer data, trends, and contract performance

Building and developing internal and external customer relationships, including the ability to engage in discussions to resolve issues and maintain and grow access to our company's products

Requirements

  • Education Minimum Requirement:
  • BS/BA Degree is required. MBA is preferred
  • Required Experience and Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience in one of the following fields: Managed Care/Managed Care ContractingAccounting / FinanceGovernment Pricing
  • Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Working knowledge of CCM’s contract management system
  • Accounting / finance experience
  • Knowledge of the contract lifecycle management process
  • Knowledge of the managed healthcare environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Customer engagement, communication, and support skills
  • Effective organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation of data
  • Aptitude with complex computer systems
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • $106,200.00 - $167,200.00
  • This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
