Responsibilities

• You will lead the design and execution of Ipsen’s PV partnering strategy across global and local partners, embedding clear governance, strong oversight and consistent standards.
• You will:
• Define and deliver the global safety partnering strategy across commercial partnerships
• Lead cross functional alignment with Global Patient Safety, Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial and Alliance teams
• Ensure robust governance and oversight of Pharmacovigilance Agreements and partner performance
• Drive compliance, inspection readiness and continuous improvement of partnering models and processes
• Act as a senior expert in due diligence, negotiations and partnership lifecycle management
• Build and develop a high performing safety partnering team

• You are a strategic and collaborative leader who brings deep pharmacovigilance expertise and a strong track record of influencing across complex global organisations.
• You will bring:
• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven expertise in PV agreements and global partnering environments
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities
• Solid understanding of global PV regulations and inspection readiness
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to drive change and alignment across functions
