About this role

Your Influential Mission: You Will… Lead cross-functional transformation projects end to end from spotting the opportunity through to delivery and benefits realisation keeping scope, timeline and budget on track Stay curious about how the business runs, proactively scanning for areas to improve and bringing forward solutions rather than just problems Partner closely with senior leaders, including the Chief of Staff and Executive team , to shape change initiatives and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans Turn complex, sometimes ambiguous information into clear, board-ready insight distilling the detail into concise presentations that help leaders make confident decisions Represent transformation initiatives in senior leadership and board-level discussions, answering questions with clarity and confidence Use data and analytics including strong Excel skills to diagnose issues and tell the story behind the numbers in a way every stakeholder can follow Map, challenge and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, quality and the end-to-end experience Establish clear project governance, plans and reporting, and drive risks, dependencies and bottlenecks to resolution Champion change management communications, training and adoption so improvements are embraced and sustained
