Responsibilities

• As a Senior Game Engineer (Shared Tech), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the core technology that powers all our Unity games and controllers. You'll collaborate with multiple game teams, understanding their unique needs and technical stacks, and develop generalized solutions that can be adopted across the studio, such as controller-to-game messaging or generic lobby behavior.
• You'll join a team that oversees technical aspects of our live and in-development games, ensuring seamless live operations and collaborating with both internal and external partners. This role is hands-on: you'll write production code, architect features, and directly contribute to the quality and stability of our codebase. Expect to spend around half of your time on hands-on development and the other half on architecture, coordination, and reviews.
