Security Manager, Premises (Helsinki, Tampere, Turku, other)

Elisa's Network Services is responsible for the design, implementation and operation of Elisa's networks. We at Premises department manage, develop and standardize critical telecom facilities in close cooperation with partners and technology teams.

We are looking for a Security Manager to take responsibility for security-related technologies and services across our critical telecom facilities.

The role is positioned within Network Services' Premises department, which is responsible for ensuring that our production premises across Finland are safe and secure, efficient, compliant and fit for purpose.

In this role, you will act as the responsible expert for security-related matters. You will ensure that security-related operations run smoothly and that the premises meet both internal and customer requirements.

The start date is at the early August; the exact date will be agreed mutually.

Your responsibilities include:

Managing security-related service contracts, partner cooperation and the practical operation of security solutions within Premises.

Leading technical security planning and coordinating the implementation of security-related solutions and development initiatives within Premises.

Taking responsibility for planning and implementing the investment budget related to security solutions within Premises.

Being responsible for cooperation with relevant authorities and stakeholders in security-related matters concerning Premises.

Applying Elisa-level security policies and requirements in Premises operations, while assessing their impact and ensuring practical implementation where needed.

Taking responsibility for selected security technologies across Elisa's properties, including lifecycle management and the proactive development of their use and effectiveness.

Supporting the standardization and continuous improvement of security-related practices and solutions across Elisa's properties.
