We’re looking for a Head of Data Analytics & Customer Insights who will turn data into a core driver of our commercial strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of data, product, design, marketing and sales. You will own how we understand our users - from behaviour to motivation - and translate those insights into actions that drive product development, acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of data-driven commercial strategies across the marketing platform analytics, customer support and customer insights
  • Partner with leadership to define product development, growth priorities based on insights and trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion funnels and user value

Requirements

  • Create and manage customer support into a structured, data-driven function that protects user trust, enables rapid issue resolution, and feeds critical insights back into Product, Design and Marketing and Sales teams.
