We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join a global and highly innovative organization. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes across technical disciplines, partnering closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.
You will act as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor, helping define hiring strategies, align stakeholders, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. The position involves recruiting for complex technical roles within areas such as Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. You will also contribute with market insights, develop creative sourcing strategies, and support continuous improvements of recruitment processes and practices in collaboration with international Talent Acquisition and HR teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Several years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter.
Proven experience recruiting within technical environments, including Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across different levels of an organization.
