WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Data Analytics Manager you will lead and develop a team of Data Analysts within the In Season Optimization area, while driving both business delivery and transformation initiatives. This role combines strategic and operational responsibility with people leadership, where your focus will be to enable business impact through data.
The In-Season Optimization mission is to secure capabilities, processes, and insights to get the right product to the right place at the right time, supporting product allocation, availability, and pricing decisions across channels.
You will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Analysts to strengthen their capabilities and support their career growth
Drive the RUN and TRANSFORMATION agenda, ensuring strong delivery aligned with business goals
Identify and lead strategic areas of analysis to uncover opportunities and improve performance
Work hands-on with data to generate insights using modern analytics and business intelligence tools
Enable data-driven decision making through testing, quantitative analysis, and close collaboration with stakeholders
Oversee projects and initiatives, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and delivery

You will be part of the In Season Optimization area and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, tech, and business teams. Together with your team, you will play a key role in shaping how data supports business priorities and decision-making.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
5–10 years of experience in people management within Data Analytics or similar fields
A university degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related area, or equivalent experience
Strong experience within Supply Chain and understanding of end-to-end product flow
Solid experience in project and product management, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
