About the Role You will join an automotive powertrain environment where fuel and evap diagnostics need to perform reliably across demanding conditions and project phases. In this role, you work with calibration of engine control and diagnostic systems, combining physical testing, simulation, and analysis to optimize performance in line with project and customer needs. You will also help improve the methods used for calibration and testing, which means you can influence both daily engineering work and the long-term way of working in the team. Job DescriptionYou develop and refine methods that support robust and effective calibration throughout a project. You perform calibration of fuel and evap diagnostic functions using physical tests, simulation, and analysis. You test and optimize engine control and diagnostic systems. You plan and evaluate tests, including Design of Experiments (DoE) when relevant. You update and evaluate Sign-Off documentation. You identify issues, recommend actions, and help define needed analysis and verification activities. You follow developments in the technical area and contribute to continuous improvement of calibration and testing methods. RequirementsBSc in Engineering or equivalent experience 2+ years experience within the automotive industry General knowledge of powertrain control strategies Data analysing and programming skills Driving license B Availability to participate in expeditions several times per year Nice to haveExperience with INCA
