Right now, we need to strengthen our software team in Stockholm with a Backend Engineer who will take ownership of the backend foundation behind our connected products. We have been using external partners to handle our backend, and you will be the first person we bring in-house to do it. You will play a central role in building the infrastructure that enables our long-term ambitions around user accounts, device ecosystems, and seamless product experiences. Responsibilities
- You will design, build, and run the backend services that power our mobile apps and connected devices, moving us from external providers into full internal ownership. Your work will span core APIs, authentication, device-related flows, and the cloud infrastructure that supports them. You will collaborate with mobile developers, firmware engineers, and product teams, delivering new features iteratively. As you build our backend capability, you will also modernize infrastructure, streamline deployments, and improve how we test and release software.
