The Job's Mission:

As Sales Business Manager, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker's Foot & Ankle product portfolio across Finland. For this position, you reside in the South of Finland.

Our portfolio includes innovative solutions such as Total Ankle Replacement and implants for hindfoot and forefoot surgery, designed to improve patient and hospital outcomes. What you will do:In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with training to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Prospect new customers, understand their needs, while also providing ongoing service to existing customers: fostering trust relationships, customer loyalty and sales growth.

Develop and execute business plans. You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, etc.

With the product knowledge you'll develop, you will inform, advise and train hospital professionals during workshops and presentations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.

Support in tenders, prepare quotes for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up and after-sales

Participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
