About the Role
As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for building and developing new partnerships with medium- sized to large companies within e-commerce and retail.
You will own the entire sales cycle, from identifying and engaging target merchants through proactive outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, and pipeline development to leading discovery, stakeholder management, commercial negotiations, and closing new business opportunities. Success in this role is built on your ability to generate pipeline, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and consistently drive complex sales processes to signed agreements.
Using a challenger sales approach, you will bring insights, challenge existing assumptions, and help customers uncover new opportunities to improve growth, customer experience, and commercial performance through payments.
You have solid experience in complex B2B sales, with at least three years of experience within payments, fintech, or a related industry. You have a proven track record of generating new business through outbound sales and prospecting activities, and you are comfortable building and managing your own pipeline. An established network within retail and e-commerce is considered a strong advantage. You are comfortable opening door
