IT Product Owner for Financial Crime Prevention

About this opportunity

We are looking for an IT Product Owner to take technical ownership of our Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) application area. In this role, you will shape and drive the development of critical capabilities across AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and fraud, ensuring that our solutions are effective, compliant and scalable.

You will act as the central IT counterpart for the FCP domain, working closely with FCP organization, IT architecture and development teams. You will bring structure, prioritization and clear ownership to a complex, cross-functional landscape, ensuring that development is aligned with business priorities, regulatory requirements and long-term architecture.

Shortly, you will ensure that deliveries are done as planned, overall direction, prioritization and technical coherence are clear and consistently followed.

In addition, you are expected to understand how modern technologies such as AI can be leveraged to enhance financial crime detection, automation and operational efficiency.

Your mission

As an IT Product Owner, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our application area: Serving as the primary IT counterpart for FCP business stakeholders

Technical ownership of the solutions in FCP-domain

Consolidating development needs into a unified FCP backlog across systems and teams

Driving prioritization together with business stakeholders

Ensuring that development follows agreed priorities, not fragmented individual initiatives

Coordinating the FCP architecture and ensuring interoperability across systems

Guiding technical decisions in collaboration with architects and development teams

Managing dependencies across multiple IT units and stakeholders

Ensuring that cross-team initiatives progress in a controlled and structured manner

Securing clear ownership, planning and visibility of FCP development in the overall IT roadmap
