Your opportunity

We're currently looking for an HR Trainee to join our Head Office team in Finland. This is a part-time position and an excellent opportunity for a student currently pursuing a master's degree, especially those interested in gaining hands-on HR experience. You will provide direct support to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and contribute to key annual HR processes, working closely with top management in a dynamic, international environment.

You will be located in our Headquarters in Espoo and should be within reasonable commuting distance from our office.

What you'll be doingProvide day-to-day support to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and HR leadership team

Create, draft, and prepare materials and presentations for the CHRO

Support the execution of HR annual processes and projects

Collaborate with colleagues across the HR function and other business areas

Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects as needed

What you'll bring to the roleCurrently pursuing a master's degree (field of study related to HR, management, business, or similar)

High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage
