Your mission
As Senior Manager, Sales Support Lifecycle Services, you will champion a best-in-class customer experience by delivering comprehensive, total customer lifecycle solutions. By seamlessly integrating service contracts and digital capabilities, you will drive sustainable growth across our HiPerform portfolio. Through close collaboration with Sales and Product Management, you will turn deep customer insights into optimized, profitable market solutions.
This position is open for our locations in Finland - Helsinki, Tampere and Raisio.
Key responsibilitiesLead HiPerform sales and business growth by enabling service sales excellence in the markets and by owning the prioritised large customer opportunities from opportunity identification to sales conversion
Lead the development of new business opportunities and execute targeted engagement strategies. Ensure the HiPerform sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM is actively managed and progressing aligned with set targets
Drive service sales enablement, value selling, and consultative selling by collaborating with regional and local sales teams. Provide education and support to local sales representatives to ensure they can effectively sell the specific solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Areas regarding large customer opportunities and lifecycle deals
Ensure markets are working in line with commercial priorities of the Business Unit. Ensure alignment of the commercialisation actions and related Hoshin Kanri priorities between the BU and markets
Contribute input to the product management concerning new offerings and customer requirements. Deliver market intelligence to the BU in collaboration with Product Management and
