We are currently hiring a Revenue Systems Technical Manager to be based in Europe
Your mission at Epassi
As our Revenue Systems Technical Manager, you will be the technical manager of Epassi's
group HubSpot platform - managing its configuration, governance, and evolution across
markets and instances. Working closely with our Revenue Process Lead, you will ensure our
CRM infrastructure is scalable, well-integrated, and capable of supporting complex projects
such as cross-market migrations and acquisitions.
You will be the primary HubSpot technical expert within Group Revenue Operations,
leveraging AI tooling and automation to drive efficient delivery, and partnering closely with
our Head of Business Systems to align with broader enterprise platforms, data strategy, and
integration standards.
Your responsibilities will be:Manage end-to-end revenue systems architecture (HubSpot core) across markets and
instances
Own and maintain the CRM data model design including object schemas, lifecycle
stages, and pipeline structures
Lead the alignment and evolution of multiple HubSpot instances towards a scalable
group model
Own and drive the revenue system
