Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from initiation through to deployment and post-go-live support.
Drive successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programmes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Provide leadership, direction, and hands-on support to project teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships through clear communication, transparency, and proactive issue resolution.
Manage project governance, including planning, risk management, resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting.
Ensure alignment with PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement across the function.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent "One Team" experience for customers.
Identify risks and challenges early, implementing mitigation strategies and maintaining project momentum.
Mentor and support other project managers where appropriate, contributing to a lively, collaborative, and mutually supportive PMO culture.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven experience delivering multiple ERP implementations (essential).
Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence, motivate, and align diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, including senior executives.
High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage conflict, build trust, and navigate complex client environments.
Strong organizational and documentation skills across all aspects of project delivery (plans, RAID logs, governance).
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
