Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external logistics, including material procurement, distribution, and coordination with vendors and carriers.
- Handle warehouse operations, including use of material automation systems and forklift for efficient material handling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in relevant tools (e.g., inventory systems, Jira).
- Monitor stock levels, perform regular audits, and ensure availability of materials.
- Contribute to process improvement, while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Must-have:
- 2+ years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluency in both Finnish and English (written and spoken).
- Forklift experience operating material handling equipment is an asset.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as required.
