We are looking for a Supplier Development Engineer with a main responsibility in Catalyst, Auxillary and Fuel Gas Supply System. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland but also Helsinki and Turku, Finland are option. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Supplier Development Engineer your work will include: Actively support new product introduction and lead proactive quality assurance activities for supplier deliveries

Analyse supplier performance and capabilities, identify development opportunities and drive impactful development actions

Develop and execute supplier development action plans to improve supplier performance

Support suppliers with their operational development initiatives in relation to cost, quality and delivery

Execute supplier audits and audit follow-up according to supplier development action plan and verify impact

You'll be working as a part of impact-driven Supplier Development team and supporting Catalyst, Auxillary and Fuel Gas Supply Systems teams with diverse expertise.
