System Design Support & Trainer

We are now looking for a

System Design Support & Trainer

to strengthen our technical expertise in Finland.

This is an unique role combining hands-on technical work, system design, and partner training ensuring the quality and performance of Fogmakers fire suppression systems and our customer needs.

As a System Design Support & Trainer, you will act as the leading technical expert within Fogmaker Finland Oy. You will ensure that our fire suppression systems are designed accurately, implemented efficiently, and continuously improved to meet the client's highest standards.

This role combines practical fieldwork with technical design and collaboration - making you a key link between sales, partners, and customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

Designing fire suppression systems based on machine specifications and customer requirements

Providing installation support both on-site and remotely, ensuring compliance with Fogmakers quality standards

Delivering technical training to partners and OEM customers and supporting the sales team with technical expertise during the sales process

Acting as a technical authority within Fogmaker Finland Oy

Continuously improving system design and implementation practices

We are looking for a person with strong hands-on technical skills and genuine interest in mechanical systems. Maybe you already have experience in technical support or system design, preferably within the automotive, machinery, or other industrial sectors. You are able to visualize complex systems digitally and translate them into practical, real-world solutions. You have a good understanding of installation processes and fieldwork and you are an excellent communicator.
