About the Role As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of some of our most strategically important customers. The role focuses on identifying new commercial opportunities within existing partnerships, whether through expanding the use of our solutions or driving new initiatives together with the Merchant. You will continuously follow up, prioritize, and plan account activities with the goal of strengthening the business relationship while ensuring smooth day to day collaboration. You will work closely with Merchants to understand their business, objectives, and challenges. Based on those insights, you will identify opportunities, translate needs into actionable initiatives, and drive projects from idea to implementation, often operating in the intersection between business and technology.
