What does work in Disability Services Care Teams involve?
Mehiläinen's disability services provide 24/7 home care for clients. When working in care teams, you get to focus on providing high-quality care to one client. Work in care teams includes traditional nursing, medication administration, as well as monitoring and guidance. A rehabilitative approach is emphasized in client work, and work is done in good cooperation with the client and their family. The work is three-shift work, but you can flexibly influence your shifts. This work is excellent, for example, alongside studies. We want to build a working life where your free time and work are in a balance that supports your well-being. You will receive high-quality and individualized orientation at the client site, and if you wish, you will have the opportunity to expand and deepen your expertise.
We expect from you:
A degree in social and health care or studies in the field. For practical nurse students, 120 completed credits, and for registered nurse students, 140 credits.
