About the role
The VP, AI-Native Product & Experience Solutions leads Futurice Nordic's service line focused on the future of digital products, services and customer experiences.
The landscape of digital product and service development is changing rapidly. Clients are no longer only asking for better digital experiences, better design systems or better product teams. They are asking how AI changes the products they build, the services they offer, the way teams work, and the speed at which value can be delivered.
This role is responsible for shaping Futurice's response to that shift.
You will lead the evolution of our services at the intersection of customer experience, product strategy, service design, software engineering, data and AI. The focus is not only on designing better experiences, but on helping clients build AI-native, adaptive and continuously improving digital products and services .Equally, this role is about transforming how we deliver . You will drive the adoption of AI-augmented and agentic ways of working across the product and software development lifecycle, helping our teams use AI, reusable assets, accelerators and new delivery models to create better outcomes for clients.
We are looking for an accomplished senior leader who can drive transformation across services, capabilities, teams and client conversations. Someone who understands the changing nature of digital product development and can help Futurice lead, not follow, that change.
