Your responsibilities
Shape digital growth: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing plans aligned with business priorities, commercial objectives, and customer needs across global markets.
Drive pipeline performance: Work closely with marketing colleagues, sales teams, and business stakeholders to strengthen lead generation, nurture lead pipelines, and improve conversion throughout the customer journey.
Develop web and digital experience: Drive web and digital channel development initiatives for Flow Control, coordinate SEO strategies, and support teams in optimizing content, user journeys, and digital experiences across platforms. You also represent Flow Control in Valmet's digital marketing core group.
Turn data into action: Own digital marketing performance tracking, reporting, and analysis, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Scale marketing capabilities: Manage digital media budgets, oversee external agency partners, and strengthen internal capabilities by coaching marketing and sales colleagues on AI-enabled marketing, automation, and modern digital demand-generation practices.
Our expectations for you
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital, demand generation or performance marketing role.
Technical expertise: Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), CMS tools (e.g. Optimizely), marketing automation platforms, and social media channels.
