Responsibilities

• To strengthen our presence in Finland, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and manage customer relationships in the Finnish market. The role is customer-facing and requires regular visits to clients across Finland. You will be responsible for managing requests, developing accounts, and contributing directly to sales performance and growth.
• Visit customers across Finland and build long-term, trust-based relationships
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts and manage customer requests
• Take ownership of an existing customer pipeline and develop it further
• Identify new sales opportunities with existing and new customers
• Prepare offers, contracts, and support project execution
• Work with defined sales budgets and contribute to revenue growth
• Identify additional customer needs to expand sales potential
• Your Profile:
• You are a polite, open-minded, and outgoing person who enjoys working with customers and representing a company professionally. You are structured, reliable, and comfortable taking responsibility.
• We expect that you:
• Have 4-5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or a similar commercial role
• Experience within renewable energy or PV is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Are fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are comfortable working with sales targets and budgets
• Have experience with contracts or commercial agreements
• Are proactive, independent, and customer-oriented
• A sales-related education is an advantage but not mandatory.
