MinnaLearn addresses this challenge with a practical, and continuously updated AI literacy platform that enables people to use AI effectively and safely. Our solution helps organizations build confidence and competence to roll out AI adoption at scale.
We are most well known for the Elements of AI, a course on the basics of AI developed in collaboration with the University of Helsinki. We have over 2,1 million students around the world and our products have been translated to over 25 languages.

Responsibilities
- You’ll own top-of-funnel lead generation end-to-end. That means you build the pipeline engine: the campaigns, the automations, the website, the enrichment workflows, and the feedback loops that turn experiments into repeatable channels.
- You’ll work closely with Sales. You make sure they have a qualified pipeline to close.
- We have a product that maps to a huge, underserved market: non-technical white-collar workers who need an “AI driver’s license.” Demand exists. What we don’t yet have is a repeatable, scalable engine to surface and convert it. That’s what you’ll build. This is a builder-operator role. You’ll generate your own backlog, prioritise it, and ship. You’ll partner closely with Sales to pressure-test what’s working and feed that back into our ICP.
