Ensure KONE's global field workforce has the critical safety, method, product, and technical capabilities needed to perform safely, efficiently, and productively

Responsibilities
- Shape the Future of Learning
- Define and execute a vision for AI-powered, skills-based learning
- Embed learning into the flow of work across the field, sales, and leadership roles
- Build a data-driven learning ecosystem
- Scale high-quality content and personalised learning journeys globally
- Ensure Field competences
- Own and advance KONE-wide learning for the field workforce, ensuring scalable, high-quality training across safety, methods, products, and technical capabilities
- Support Field Trainer network to perform at its best to ensure field training quality, impact, and efficiency
- Drive a High-Performance Learning Culture
- Foster continuous, self-directed learning across a global workforce
- Ensure learning is accessible, practical, and relevant
- Enable knowledge sharing across geographies and functions
- Lead a Global Function
- Lead and develop a global L&D organisation (~100 professionals)
- Ensure scalable delivery across global, area, and local
