Responsibilities

• Operational Planning & Business PerformanceDevelop and coordinate annual business plans aligned with company objectives and strategic priorities.
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of operational plans to ensure achievement of production and business targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and key initiatives to support operational excellence.
• Establish and facilitate regular operational review meetings, providing performance analysis and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain company-wide performance management systems and KPI frameworks.
