We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to join our Eye Tracking Team and contribute broadly across the eye tracking stack to deliver algorithms and machine learning models that power gaze-driven features in Varjo mixed reality products. In a small, fast-moving team you'll wear many "hats" and moving fluidly between algorithm development, ML, tooling, data work, and performance optimization as priorities shift. You will develop and optimize the algorithm pipelines for accuracy and runtime efficiency, build the systems that measure their performance, and work hands-on with real human-collected eye data to drive improvements.
