AI Community and Business Support Lead

We are looking for an AI Community and Business Support Lead to help us with our AI transformation journey across VR. In this role, you will establish and run practices to support our end users, key projects and business teams with AI related questions, and feed improvement ideas to our AI operating model.

You will be a key member of our AI transformation team and our AI interest group.

Your key responsiblites are

Communication: Build and nurture our AI community, foster knowledge sharing, engagement, and collaborative culture. Maintain the VR AI community.

Training: Develop organizational AI capabilities through training programs, capability assessments, and culture change initiatives.

Change management: Orchestrate organizational change for AI transformation, ensuring adoption, engagement, and sustained cultural shift.

Support our key business development programs and guide end users with AI usage related questions

You understand the possibilities and risks of AI. You have some experience of AI usage or development, but most importantly, you can communicate, train and drive AI change across an organization. You can communicate the value, implications, and risks of AI in a way that is easy for everyone in the organization to understand.

You have organized events and forum communities across multiple business units and you know how to amplify AI success stories and best practices. You can create and curate AI learning content and utilize different channels or ways of working for knowledge exchange.

You understand the importance of change management as part of AI transformation, and how change is made happen. You are not only facilitating the AI community, but can also provide practical AI guidance and support to both our business teams and projects on different level
