Introduction

We are seeking a Trainee for the Legal team to support the Legal Executive Assistant in various administrative tasks, as well as to assist the Corporate Legal team with corporate legal and subsidiary governance related work. You will help to ensure that the team members have the best possible practical arrangements and conditions to focus on their areas of responsibility. You will report to the Legal Executive Assistant. The contract is approximately 6 months and, depending on the chosen trainee, is either part-time or full-time or a mixture of both. Our wish is that the trainee would start as soon as possible or in August at the latest.

As an Assistant Trainee, your daily tasks will consist of:

Supporting in subsidiary governance document management

Maintaining the Corporate Governance database and providing reports

Scheduling and organizing team's face-to-face and virtual meetings, events, workshops, and trainings

Assisting with invoice handling, cost follow-up and travel management

Assisting with document management and information sharing (updating intranet, corporate registers, etc.)

Assisting other Legal and Compliance team members when needed
