Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer & Commercial Strategy Manager / Senior Manager for a permanent role at our Helsinki office. You will work in the following areas:
Growth Strategy: Define future markets and revenue streams.
Customer Strategy: Identify target customer segments, product mix, and channels.
Commercial Excellence: Ensure profitable market entry and new business value.
Digital and AI Strategy & Products: Explore technological opportunities and develop future digital and AI-enabled products.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
- Defining strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Aligning customer strategy with business objectives.
- Planning and executing strategies, establishing, measuring, and following up on KPI frameworks.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Offering Development: Lead the development of customer & commercial strategy offerings, methodologies, and points of view.
- Business Development: Build client relationships, lead sales teams, and craft market propositions and shape proposals to client needs.
- Project Delivery: Manage project teams and deliver impactful client projects.
- People Development: Coach and support junior colleagues.
