The company is in a growth phase and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to scale up our business, lead sales, customer relationship management activities and new customer acquisition, while also developing our sales processes and commercial operations.
You will be responsible for profitable sales growth, sales forecasting and budgeting of your assigned accounts. In addition to hands-on sales work, you will help develop scalable sales practices, tools and ways of working to support the company’s future growth.
You’ll work closely with management and production planning, and as the organization grows, the role can evolve into a broader sales leadership position with responsibility for building and leading the sales team.
We are looking for a person with:
5+ years of experience in international sales
Customer driven approach, competence and working methods
Sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong listening and questioning skills
Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations
A master’s degree in business administration, engineering; or equivalent
Fluent English language command, both oral and written
Willingness to travel
