Purpose of the role

As an RGM Lead, you are accountable, together with Sales and Category, for developing, embedding, and orchestrating Revenue Growth Management mainly in Finnish market. Your objective is to ensure sustainable and profitable growth by leveraging key RGM levers (pricing, assortment architecture, promotions, and trade terms).

In this role, you will:

Play a key role in shaping commercial strategy and driving business impact

Influence decisions across markets and cross-functionally

Work with experienced and collaborative teams committed to shared success

Contribute to building future-ready capabilities and ways of working

Responsibilities

  • You get to define and drive the RGM strategy and priority initiatives (incl. KPIs and action plans) across cross-functional teams
  • Own and lead RGM initiatives across pricing, pack-price architecture, promotion and product mix management
  • Identify value creation opportunities through analytics and translate them into action
  • You get to Build RGM capabilities and mindset across the organization
  • In your work you will contribute to pricing, mix management, and promotion strategies and provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
  • One of the key responsibility is to monitor market dynamics and competitors' commercial activities
