TowelsOn is looking for a Spanish- or Greek-speaking outreach partner to help us follow up with hotels in selected resort markets.
TowelsOn is a lightweight reservation system for hotel pool and beach areas. Guests scan a QR code, open the service in their phone browser, and reserve a sunbed or cabana in advance. Hotel staff get a live view of what is reserved, in use, or available.
The product is built for hotels that want to reduce early-morning towel-saving, improve fairness around sunbeds, and give staff better visibility over pool and beach operations. It does not require an app download, PMS integration, or a heavy IT project.
Responsibilities
- This is a freelance, commission-only partner role. It is not a salaried employment position.
- For this specific role, TowelsOn will usually handle the first cold email outreach to hotels. Your role is to follow up primarily with hotels that have replied, shown initial interest, or been pre-selected by TowelsOn for follow-up.
- You will continue the conversation in Spanish and/or Greek, help identify the right decision-maker, and support the booking of short intro calls or product demos.
- Depending on the situation, you may also help handle or co-host basic discovery and demo calls in Spanish and/or Greek, using ready-made TowelsOn material. TowelsOn will support product, pricing, legal, technical, and non-standard commercial questions.
- The workload will be light at the beginning, but it may grow as we develop the market and receive more responses.
- You will:
- Follow up with hotel contacts by email, LinkedIn, or phone
- Communicate professionally in Spanish and/or Greek
- Help identify the right person responsible for guest experience, pool operations, beach operations, or hotel management
- Briefly explain how TowelsOn helps hotels manage sunbeds, cabanas, loungers, pool areas, beach areas, or similar limited-capacity guest amenities
- Help book qualified intro calls or demos
- Help handle or co-host basic disco
