Head of Logistics & Order-to-Cash

About this role

Responsibilities

• We are looking for an experienced and impactful leader to build and lead a centralized, internationally scalable logistics function at Orion, and to drive the development and performance of our end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer delivery performance, while driving harmonized, efficient processes that support Orion's global growth ambitions. You will also lead the Logistics Leadership Team, setting direction, aligning priorities, and ensuring strong execution across the function.
• Your own team includes 4 direct reports, and the Logistics unit has a total of 21 employees in Finland and 5 in India. You will be a member of the Supply Chain & Procurement Leadership Team and report to the VP, Global Supply Chain and Procurement.
• The position is permanent and based in Espoo, with a hybrid work model.
• Lead and develop Orion's global, centralized Logistics organization, ensuring high performance and continuous capability development
• Lead the Logistics Leadership Team, driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across the function
• Own and continuously develop the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, from order intake to delivery and invoicing
• Ensure reliable order fulfillment, high service levels, and excellent customer satisfaction
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and cost competitiveness by harmonizing logistics and O2C processes
• Develop Orion's distribution and transportation network to support global growth and expansion
