This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coordinating creators, producing content, keeping social channels active and turning everyday brand moments into useful, engaging and performance-driven content. Responsibilities
- To truly thrive in this role, you need to live and breathe the sweet spot where authentic storytelling, user behavior, and data meet. You are not a traditional task-taker who just posts content, but a creative builder ready to build scalable content sourcing processes that supercharge our engine for growth.
- Based in our Customer Journey team, you’ll work in tight sync with our Marketing Automation Manager, Data Analytics Engineer, and the rest of the ResQ squad to turn everyday brand moments into scroll-stopping marketing material. This high-ownership role gives you the freedom to think out of the box, experiment relentlessly, and act as an execution powerhouse - always tracking real-world impact and optimizing your strategy based on insights to help us eradicate food waste.
- What you’ll do
- UGC & Creator Sourcing: Identify suitable creators, pitch briefs, manage orders, and ensure a steady flow of authentic user-generated content for ResQ’s marketing needs.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and develop ResQ’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Plan, publish, and adapt content to keep channels active and aligned with our brand voice.
- Content Production & AI Leverage: Produce and adapt visual and written content (short-form videos, paid ads, newsletters, and in-app content). You’ll use AI tools to support copywriting, ideation, and localization.
