IT Specialist

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to strengthen our organization´s IT services and take responsibility for our day-to-day IT processes. The role has first responsibility of ensuring that end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, and meeting room technologies operate reliably, efficiently, and securely. The role participates actively in developing Steady´s IT environment, services, processes, and overall practices. This includes a wide range of activities from identifying improvement opportunities to implementing new technologies or services as well as contributing to standardization, security, and documentation in alignment with changing business needs. The role takes ownership of hands-on end-user support, administration of modern cloud services, and technical troubleshooting in a dynamic business environment.
