About this role

What will you be doing?

As our Recruitment Marketing specialist, you are responsible for strengthening our position as an employer of choice within a technical and competitive labour market.

You operate at the intersection of marketing, recruitment, and business development. In doing so, you translate our employer vision into concrete campaigns, content strategies, and candidate journeys that contribute to visibility, talent inflow, and brand preference. You work in close cooperation with our marketing specialist for our business-to-business marketing.

You understand how to reach technical target groups and know how to combine branding with performance-driven recruitment marketing.

With locations and projects in, among others, the Netherlands, Romania, and Vietnam, employer branding plays an important role in attracting, connecting, and activating international technical talent.

Your responsibilities include:

Develop and translate employer branding strategies

Set up recruitment marketing campaigns

Improve the candidate journey and conversion rates

Strengthen labor market communication toward technical audiences

Translate EVP and organizational culture into content and activations

Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and management

Monitor performance, data, and campaign results

Increase visibility, brand preference, and talent inflow

Higher professional education (HBO) or university level (WO) working and thinking
