You work hands-on with 3D CAD and create production-ready drawings for machined, welded and sheet metal parts.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You are energetic and proactive. You take responsibility and move things forward. You understand when the solution is good enough and ready, instead of polishing details endlessly.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Your main responsibilities as Senior Mechanical Engineer:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you take a leading role in projects. You coordinate and guide the mechanical design work and support other engineers in their work.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You are comfortable working under pressure and able to keep things moving even when there are multiple priorities. You work with different stakeholders and help keep alignment across teams.
