Role Purpose

We are seeking an

AI Capability & Integration Specialist

to accelerate the

responsible, practical, and business-focused adoption of AI

across

AstraZeneca Belux

. This role will identify high-value local use cases, turn business needs into clear implementation roadmaps, and support adoption across functions. Working closely with local teams, global stakeholders, IT, compliance, and external partners, the role will help ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business priorities, delivered compliantly, and embedded in day-to-day ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and prioritize local AI use cases

  • Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in AI, digital transformation, automation, innovation, or process improvement
  • , ideally in a regulated environment
  • Proven ability to identify business improvement opportunities
  • and translate them into practical solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI and generative AI
  • , including where these technologies can realistically add value
  • Experience building implementation plans or transformation roadmaps
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting change management, adoption, training, or capability building
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise workflow automation tools
  • or similar AI-enabled platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • in AI, digital, automation, transformation, innovation, or process improvement roles
  • Fluency in English
