Responsibilities
- As a P2P Data Analyst Intern, you will:
- Learn the end-to-end Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, including invoice management, payment processing, purchase order creation, employee expense handling, and compliance requirements.
- Support the team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to P2P and T&E operations, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with the integration and validation of data from multiple sources to deliver consistent and accurate reporting, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Contribute to building and updating dashboards and reports that provide clear insights for business stakeholders.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at process optimization and automation, documenting process changes and ensuring knowledge sharing across the team.
- Collaborate closely with team members and internal stakeholders, demonstrating strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.
- Manage assigned tasks and deadlines efficiently, showing a proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership.

- Experience & Skills Required

- Familiarity with SAP, SQL, Python, or automation tools such as Power Automate is an advantage.
