  • Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Education:
  • MS with 3+ years, or BS with 5+ years industry experience in immunology, autoimmunity, cell therapy, or related field.

  • Primary human cell culture, including functional

  • cell-based assays and co-culture systems
  • Multi-color flow cytometry and immunophenotyping
  • Multiplex cytokine detection assays
  • Assay development and optimization
  • Experience with engineered cell products (e.g., T cell subsets, CAR-based modalities); familiarity with target discovery and CAR T transduction and/or gene editing
  • Data
