We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on
delivering second-line technical support while improving customer experience and operational efficiency across mobile, fixed, and TV services.
What you’ll do:
Work at the intersection of telecom technology and data, building solutions while gaining hands-on experience with real-world network and service challenges.
Develop
data-driven and AI-assisted solutions (including LLM-based use cases) to improve issue resolution and team efficiency across mobile, internet, and TV services
Contribute to
the development of tools, dashboards, and process improvements that enhance customer journey and support workflows
Collaborate
with internal stakeholders (support teams, engineers, product owners) on technical topics and improvement initiatives
Gain
practical experience in telecom service architecture and network complexity through analysis and resolution of real customer issues
What will help you thrive in this role:
Curiosity about how telecom systems work, analytical thinking, and motivation to learn by solving real technical problems in a dynamic environment.
Strong interest in
telecom (mobile, networks, broadband, or TV services) or relevant academic background
Knowledge of
programming or data tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI) and interest in AI/LLM applications
Ability to
understand complex technical systems and turn insights into improvements
Fluency in
English and local language (both required)
