, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us in Privileged Access Management team. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on Privileged Access control, Identity federation, Multifactor authentication (MFA), as well as secret management technologies, which help Telia employees to execute their daily activities in simple and secure ways.

What you’ll do:

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a strategic impact by evolving our privileged access management platforms, MFA solutions as well as secret management systems by using the latest technologies in the area, that are critical to our organization's security posture. In this role you will:

Solution Implementation

Assist in building and deploying Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including access controls, secrets management, and endpoint privilege management. Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices, contribute to implementation tasks, and help ensure solutions are reliable and secure.

Platform Management

Gain hands-on experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk, Ping Federation, HashiCorp Vault, Thales MFA, Nokia NetGuard. Support integration efforts with systems like Active Directory, cloud platforms, while learning how these components work together in real environments.

Troubleshooting and Operational Support

Help monitor PAM systems, investigate issues, and support troubleshooting efforts alongside experienced team members. Participate in testing and contribute to maintaining system stability, with opportunities to be involved in on-call rotations as your confidence grows.

Risk Management and Compliance

Learn how access control policies and security standards are applied in practice. Support compliance efforts aligned with frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001. Assist in reviewing access controls, identifying potential risks, and understanding how to secure privileged accounts in line with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • in technology operations, preferred in Identity and/or Privileged Access Management roles.
  • Technical skills
  • : Basic understanding of IT systems and an interest in Privileged Access Management (PAM). Eagerness to learn how PAM tools work, including areas like privileged account discovery, session monitoring, Just-In-Time (JIT) access, and secrets management in DevOps environments. Willing to build hands-on experience with modern security tools and technologies.
  • Identity & Access Management
  • : Familiarity with core IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Basic exposure (academic or practical) to technologies like Azure Active Directory and Amazon Web Services is a plus. Interest in learning common authentication protocols like SAML, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, and LDAP.
  • Problem solving & Communication
  • : Willingness to develop analytical and problem-solving skills by working through technical challenges with guidance from senior team members. Comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning how to communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences over time.
