What

you’ll

do:

In this role,

you’ll

coordinate high-volume and entry-level recruitment processes across multiple countries while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience through strong organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate high-volume and entry-level recruitment processes across different countries

Support Hiring Managers and stakeholders with recruitment-related operational tasks, systems, and process questions

Contribute to improvements and simplification initiatives within Talent Acquisition processes and tools

Participate in global Talent Acquisition projects and develop expertise in recruitment systems and candidate management tools

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes

Ability to work effectively in a large, complex

organization

Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken

is considered as an advantage

Experience with Workday and working in a corporate or international environment is considered an advantage
