Salesforce Administrator
to join us at Telia.

What you’ll do:
You’ll make Salesforce work smarter for Telia - helping teams deliver great digital experiences. You will:
Build
easy-to-use configurations and automation that improve everyday workflows.
Create
solutions that simplify processes and bring real value to our teams.
Consult
with colleagues to find the best ways to use Salesforce for their needs.
Maintain
a clean, reliable system so everything runs smoothly.
What will help you thrive in this role:
You enjoy learning, solving problems, and making things easier for others. You also need:
Proven experience in
Salesforce or similar CRM platforms administration.
Strong knowledge of
data management, understanding of automation (Salesforce Flow, PowerAutomate, Bluprism or similar), and system configuration.
Ability to
turn business needs into practical Salesforce solutions and explain them in simple terms.
Fluency in
English (both written and spoken).
