About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Development Manager
to grow a specialist line of business with a strong focus on
Veeam
, covering
Romania and the Republic of Moldova
.
In this role, you will work closely with partners and vendors to develop new business, support the full sales cycle, and build long-term relationships. You will help partners understand and successfully sell data protection and backup solutions, while increasing market share and overall business performance.

Manage and grow
partner accounts
within the assigned
vendor and technology area
Support the
full sales cycle
, including
new partner onboarding
Drive
new business opportunities
and increase
market share
Build strong
relationships with partners and vendors
Create
clear value propositions
based on customer needs
Support
large deals
, pipeline development, and
weekly forecasting
Promote
vendor solutions
internally and externally
Work closely with
Sales, FSE, and Marketing teams
Support
deal negotiations
, pricing, and rebates
Participate in
regular vendor meetings
to align on plans and performance
What We’re Looking For
Experience in the IT industry
, ideally in
business development, sales, or product marketing
Good understanding of
data protection and data backup solutions
Experience working with
IT vendors
(Veeam knowledge is a strong plus)
Proven ability to
develop accounts
and grow partner relationships
Strong
communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work
independently
in an external-facing role
Comfortable engaging with
senior stakeholders
Fluent
English and Romanian
