Job Purpose:

As a member of TD SYNNEX Maverick EU Central Operations, the Business Operations Manager has commercial and operational ownership by collaborating with all relevant business functions to deliver best in class systems, tools, processes, financial data integrity and reporting. He/she is  responsible for the relationship with the vendor Sell-in and inventory planning, supply and maintenance in order to maximize sales, optimize profit and service levels based on a deep knowledge on vendor(s), products, roadmaps and trend.

Aligned with Operations & Procurement Management, Business owners and Finance,   he/she will also support the Supply Chain transformation plans included on the Maverick operational model.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share.
  • Lead pricing strategy with the Profit team and manage exception requests.
  • Use BI insights and market trends to recommend business actions.
  • Manage the full product and vendor lifecycle (systems, product creation, contract accuracy).
  • Maintain strong operational & commercial relationships with vendors.
  • Create and maintain demand plans, forecasts, and inventory levels.
  • Make purchasing decisions, place orders, control ETAs, and ensure price accuracy.
  • Monitor key inventory KPIs (DOS, ageing, costs) and optimize gains.
  • Manage SKU health, returns, scrap decisions, and roadmap availability.
  • Report inventory cost data to Finance and escalate risks when needed.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • 4+ years' experience as Product Manager or similar in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management, planning, and forecasting.
  • Experience in supply chain environments (tech sector preferred).
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with complex environments.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Supply Chain.
  • SAP/BW/HANA skills are a plus.
