About the Role

We are looking for a

Solution QA

to manage and coordinate testing activities across complex, end-to-end, multi-country initiatives.

This role plays a key part in ensuring quality gates are met throughout the SDLC, acting as the main point of contact for testing during releases and driving smooth Business UAT cycles.

You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with business, QA, and delivery teams, with a strong emphasis on communication, proactiveness, and ownership.

What You’ll Do

Test Coordination & Delivery

Manage testing activities across multiple SDLC phases, ensuring quality gates are met at each stage.

Act as the primary point of contact for testing activities during periodic and program releases.

Coordinate and facilitate Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring traceability, execution, and formal sign-off.

Oversee defect reporting, tracking, prioritisation, and retesting in collaboration with internal teams and business stakeholders.

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality-driven deliveries.

Analyse and communicate realistic test estimations, risks, and timelines to stakeholders at all levels.

Actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and support teams in delivering commitments smoothly.

Support end-to-end test preparation and execution across SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing phases.

Process Improvement & Enablement

Standardise, optimise, and improve testing and business processes using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Drive continuous improvement in test quality and coverage across projects.

Provide training and support to business teams on testing processes, tools, and best practices.

Promote structured and high-quality defect reporting.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in a QA, Test Coordination, or similar Solution QA role.

Strong hands-on experience with Business-coordinated User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Proven experience in end-to-end test preparation and execution.

Solid understanding of testing processes, tools, and structured defect management.

Hands-on experience with

Azure DevOps

for test management and defect tracking.

Strong knowledge of

Agile methodologies

and experience working within a

SAFe

environment.

Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.

Fluent

English
